Prenatal Yoga

Hey there mumma-to-be,

I hope you’ve been putting your feet up and nurturing your baby bump because growing a tiny human takes a lot of work! 

We are excited to share our prenatal course that is a blend of movement, education, and empowerment. Each class will incorporate breath, movement/ flow and rest/ restorative poses.

We’ve got an incredible mumma Karen facilitating this invaluable prenatal yoga course; she’s a highly experienced and qualified prenatal teacher and our studio founder. Karen is beyond excited to guide you through this 5 week journey! Suitable for beginners through to experienced yogis from 12 weeks up to 40 weeks!

Here’s what each week will cover:

Week one – Intro to prenatal yoga
Week two – Moving our body and making space
Week three – Releasing tension in our body
Week four – Yoga and breath work to prepare for labour
Week five – Final practice and Q&A from the experts

Class numbers are designed to be small; bookings are essential.
