Following from our Introduction to Prenatal course we have designed our in-house prenatal yoga series to support mothers-to-be on their pregnancy journeys, from conception all the way to birth.
Prioritise your mental, emotional and physical health during your pregnancy and postpartum.
Facilitated by our founder, mumma and perinatal trained yoga instructor Karen. She understands the importance for you to tend to your mental wellbeing during your pregnancy. Her commitment to you is that she will hold a safe and nurturing space for you to find movement through flow and rest through breath work and meditation to help you stay calm and grounded through the ever evolving fluctuations of pregnancy.
Our classes embody a blend of movement, education, and empowerment. Each class will incorporate breath, uplifting movement/ flow and rest/ restorative poses and we’ll finish with a soothing meditation and supported Savasana to connect with your baby.
Our classes provide modifications for your practice as you and your body evolve throughout your pregnancy. Suitable for beginners through to experienced yogis from 12 weeks up to 40 weeks and postpartum, please seek clearance from your health practitioner GP/ OBG/ physio.

Movement For Mums – Bubs welcome! (Sold Out)
Our Movement For Mums class is truly a special Tidal Flow offering designed to nurture and empower mums in the postpartum period and beyond. Facilitated by a perinatal trained yoga instructor, Movement For Mums is a little bit yoga and a little bit Pilates, combined with elements of fitness, breathing, and meditation. Everybody is welcome; no baseline fitness, flexibility or yoga/Pilates experience necessary.
We meet you where you’re at and support you to build strength, fitness, and confidence every step of the way. And all importantly, bubs are most welcome! This class is designed to be accessible in every way. Plus, bubs tend to love watching their mums move!
We welcome babies from 6 weeks up to 2 years old!

The Calmbirth® program with Cass Stephens
Cass Stephens Calmbirth Educator & Registered Nurse/Midwife
Calmbirth® is a 12 hour face to face antenatal program. The Calmbirth® program includes psychological and emotional preparation for childbirth.
Calmbirth strives to: Reframe birth & empower women to work with their bodies, partners and caregivers to create the best birth.
You will learn how to retrain your response to stress by instilling confidence in you so that you can work with birth on all levels. It teaches you to be proactive in your birth as opposed to reactive.
The program includes fear release techniques through guided relaxation, as a means to facilitate emotional subconscious healing of fear and anxiety about childbirth, to help you move past any negative emotions around birth.
About Cass: Hello! My name is Cass. I have had the privilege of teaching the Calmbirth course for six years (formerly known as ‘Empower Calmbirth’). My favourite part of teaching this course is watching the transformation of couples going from a place of uncertainty or perhaps anxiety, to the belief in their OWN Birthing Power, increased confidence/knowledge and them looking forward to their labour and birth and meeting their precious little ones with pure excitement ♡
I offer group classes two Sundays monthly. I look forward to sharing this amazing course with you, so that you can birth your baby calmly and confidently, regardless of how your baby is born.
