Hey there mumma,

Congratulations on your journey to motherhood. 

Have you been looking to find a class that will support you through all the stages throughout your pregnancy? Are you looking for a blend of movement, meditation, breathing and connecting with mums on the same/ similar journey?

Our prenatal course is designed to help you prioritise your mental, emotional and physical health during your pregnancy and postpartum.

Facilitated by our founder, mumma and perinatal trained yoga instructor Karen. She understands the importance for you to tend to your mental wellbeing during your pregnancy. Her commitment to you is that she will hold a safe and nurturing space for you to find movement through flow and rest through breath work and meditation to help you stay calm and grounded through the ever evolving fluctuations of pregnancy.

Our classes embody a blend of movement, education, and empowerment. Each class will incorporate breath, uplifting movement/ flow and rest/ restorative poses and we’ll finish with a soothing meditation and supported Savasana to connect with your baby.

We have designed our in-house prenatal course that is a blend of movement, education and empowerment. Each class will incorporate breathe, movement/ flow and rest/ restorative poses. This class is suitable for beginners through to experienced yogis from 12 weeks up to 40 weeks!

Movement For Mums – Bubs welcome!

Our Movement For Mums class is truly a special Tidal Flow offering designed to nurture and empower mums in the postpartum period and beyond. Facilitated by a perinatal trained yoga instructor, Movement For Mums is a little bit yoga and a little bit Pilates, combined with elements of fitness, breathing, and meditation. Everybody is welcome; no baseline fitness, flexibility or yoga/Pilates experience necessary.

We meet you where you’re at and support you to build strength, fitness, and confidence every step of the way. And all importantly, bubs are most welcome! This class is designed to be accessible in every way. Plus, bubs tend to love watching their mums move!

We welcome babies from 6 weeks up to 2 years old!
