Shaye is a fun, bubbly and energetic person, who loves being outdoors and being active with her family. Shaye’s yoga journey wasn’t as organic as most, after years of resisting yoga, Shaye surrendered to her practice in 2011.
Yoga became a big part of Shay’s life of being a patient and loving parent. She was amazed with what her practice gave her, and how much she was able to learn about herself. She decided to complete her 200hr YTT in Melbourne.
Shaye enjoys creating a safe space for all students, to step out of the hustle and bustle of their everyday lives and reconnect with themselves. Her classes are empowering as she encourages students to walk away from the studio taking their practice off their mat and into their lives.
