Yoga for Sharon is her companion within her hectic life. Being on her mat moving through her practice inspires her to love, grow and explore life to the fullest.
Sharon’s passion in anatomy is prevalent through her teachings. Having completed her 200hr training through YogaWorks, followed by mentoring with Amelia Schrader and delving into Yin Yoga training with Jophee.
Sharon is passionate about educating her students to understand their body movements through yoga, and prevent them from injuries by introducing body-breath awareness to the body.
She appreciates that everyone is unique and different and encourages her students to embrace that as part of their journey of self-exploration and mindfulness movement. Sharon is exceptional at delivering a calm experience within her classes, partnered with creative sequencing that embraces mindfulness.
