Kate had a Gymnastics background where she always enjoying moving her body in an exploratory way, and after retiring she found that Yoga Asana gave her that same joy and comfort in my body.
Kate became a yoga teacher because she simply wanted to share this experience with everyone she could. She also loves the fact that she is forever a student of Yoga, no matter how many classes she teaches.
She caters especially to students that might require injury management and or illness modifications. Her classes incorporate dynamic movement, deep stretches, and tranquil relaxation.
