Clair has always had a love for fitness and the outdoors, and the simple way of moving your body can make you feel. She came to yoga in the hope it would help balance her mind and body, and found a practice built on mental and physical strength. Clair completed a 200 hour Vinyasa Flow training with Shades of Yoga in Ubud. Her smiling vinyasa aims to help students calm the mind and let go with her peaceful, non-judgemental approach to teaching.
She uses moment meditations to help bring the mind back to the breath, and creative techniques to help shape a strong and balanced practice for all students. Clair wants to share that beautiful bliss after finishing a class, where students can leave having felt present and newly empowered in both mind and body.
