Mindfulness & movement for children

Tidal Flow Kids Yoga classes are designed for little people to discover, explore and play through yoga. Inspired by a playful tide, classes are designed to help the budding yogi flow to grow, and grow to flow. Expect traditional and modified yoga poses presented through games, stories, pictures and music.

We learn to play with our breath and explore how different types of movement and breathing can make our brains and bodies feel good.

We finish our classes with a low tide quiet time. Relaxation and visualisation techniques help kids to find their sense of balance, peace, and calm.

Classes are facilitated by a qualified Paediatric Occupational Therapist and Kids Yoga Teacher.
