Studio Terms and Conditions

Conditions of Entry

  • It is a condition of entry to these premises that all persons and property at the Studios are at all times treated with due care and respect.
  • Doors open 15 minutes prior to class commencing. Please arrive early before class as late entry is not permitted. For security reasons the door to the studio is locked at the beginning of each class and no entry is permitted after the class-start time. For the same security reasons, leaving class early is strongly discouraged.
  • Tidal Flow Yoga and the staff reserves the right at any time and for any reason to refuse entry to or eject from our Studios any person that we deem, in our absolute discretion to be acting in manner which we consider to be anti-social, intoxicated, disorderly, aggressive, offensive, dangerous or a threat the safety or security of our participants, staff or property at the Studios.

Participation in Classes

  • All classes held at our Studio must be pre-book using the online booking system available on our website. This is required in order to ensure that there is sufficient space for participants to attend any single Class.
  • Payment must be made upon booking, either via credit card, direct debit or by using credit against your account.
  • All participants MUST check-in at reception prior to participating in class.
  • Membership must be up to date or there must be sufficient credit on your class pass in order to attend a class.
  • Whilst we do our best to ensure all class and instructor information is up to date, teachers and classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
  • Full credit class pass will be provided for cancelled classes. Please note that a cash refund is not possible.
  • Class numbers are limited and where a class is fully booked, we do provide a waiting list facility and notification services should any places become available but.
  • We encourage you not to bring valuables into the studio as we take no responsibility for loss, theft or damage. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe keeping of your belongings. Tidal Flow yoga studio and the staff/ teachers are not held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the Studio.
  • You are advised to seek medical advice from a qualified health practitioner prior to commencing a yoga class and or workshop. It is soley your responsibility to inform the teacher or/and staff if you have any injury, illness, discomfort or are pregnant before participating in any classes.
  • Participation in classes is not permitted unless a Participation Acceptance and Indemnity form has been signed.

Class Purchase Policy

  • Introductory offers are only offered to new members and are limited to one offer per new member.
  • Use of the introductory offer is for 14 consecutive days. There will be no holds or suspensions provided.
  • The Activation Date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass or 3 months from the date of purchase, whichever occurs first.
  • Introductory Offers, Single Casual and 5 class pass expire 3 months from the Activation Date of the pass.
  • 10 Class pass expires 6 months from the Activation Date of the pass. Any unused sessions post the expiration date will expire, no refunds or credits provided.
  • Term memberships (eg 1, 3, 6 or 12 month memberships) expires at the end of the membership term (for example, 6 month expiry for 6 month membership from Activation Date, 12 month expiry for a 12 month membership etc)
  • Passes cannot be shared. Anyone found to be sharing their pass will be denied entry and may have their pass or membership cancelled.
  • Any non-cancellations, no shows or absences will result in forfeiting that visit. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within 2 hour of class start time, you will be charged for the class.
  • There are no suspensions, extensions or transfers for Casual Classes, Class Packages or Term Memberships. No refunds or extensions are offered on unused portions of any pass purchased. All passes are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • We reserve the right to amend prices and printing errors.
  • Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.

Rolling Membership Policy

  • Rolling Memberships are available via direct debit payment only.
  • Rolling Memberships are $30.00p/w and billed fortnightly for a minimum 12 week commitment (“Initial Term”).
  • After the end of the Initial Term, membership will continue indefinitely on a rolling weekly term (billed fortnightly) until cancelled by you.
  • You can terminate your Rolling Membership at any time after the Initial Term with at least 7 business days notice.
  • Termination must be in writing by email to karen@tidalflow.yoga. Terminations will not be accepted by any means other than email.
  • You may suspend your Rolling Membership for a minimum period of 2 weeks at any time, and the maximum period that you may suspend is 6 weeks in any 12 month period.
  • Requests to suspend memberships must be made in writing by emailing us at karen@tidalflow.yoga. Requests will not be accepted by any means other than email.
  • Request to suspend must be provided no less than 5 business days’ notice prior to the commencement of the suspension period.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the fortnightly auto-debit. Should a payment be declined for any reason, Tidal Flow Yoga reserves the right to process payment at any time to settle any debt owed. If an auto-debit is declined due to insufficient funds, the transaction will fail which requires additional administration and yields additional bank costs. Unfortunately, Ezidebit may charge a fee for failed transactions. This fee is debited 7 days after the failed payment.
  • The terms and conditions of our third party biller Ezidebit form a binding component of your membership agreement. They can be found in hard copy at reception.
  • We reserve the right to amend prices and printing errors.
  • Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you have booked into a class and are unable to attend, you must process the cancellation via our online booking system located on our website or through the Mindbody app no later than 2 hours prior to the class commencing. Any cancellations less than 2 hours of a class commencing or no show will result in:
    • for holders of class passes a forfeit of that class against your pass or credit;
    • for holders of a membership that provides unlimited classes, a $10 fee payable on next visit.
  • We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise but we have to be strict, fair and consistent with all clients across all studio therefore no exceptions will be made.

Refund and Transfer Policy

  • Tidal Flow Yoga does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on services unless otherwise stated.
  • All purchases are final. It is your responsibility to be familiar with the terms, including expiry, that attach to your purchase.
  • No refunds or extensions are offered on unused portions of class passes.
  • Passes are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and are not to be shared between individuals. Anyone found to be sharing their pass will be denied entry and may have their pass or membership cancelled.

Gift Card Policy

  • Gift cards may be redeemed at any time for class passes (excluding workshops) or merchandise.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.
  • Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
  • Tidal Flow Yoga does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on Gift Cards for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final.
  • Gift Cards may be purchased online or in the studio.
