For Kelly, yoga was not love at first sun salutation. The seeds of her practice were sewn early on in life, when she was dragged along to yoga by her mother. After revisiting her mat later in life due to anxiety, Kelly found her practice could evolve into a more mindful way to breathe, meditate and move. She completed a 200 hour training with her personal inspiration, Meghan Currie, in Nicaragua, and additional intelligent adjusting training by Nicky Grimsdale with Here Yoga.
Kelly is an Ashtanga practitioner that has completed the full primary series. Her love for the juxtaposition between fluid and creative sequences, along with Ashtanga’s logic and structure is poured into every class. Students can expect to deepen their knowledge and practice through careful and respectful hands-on assistance and adjustments.
