Gina came to yoga from a strong dance background. Her love of artful expression through movement and music saw her complete a Bachelor of Dance which has evolved her teaching style today. Gina approaches yoga with a nurturing and supportive nature.
She caters especially to students that might require injury management and or illness modifications. Her classes observe svadhyaya (self study) and encourage an open minded introspection towards deepening your practice. Students will be inspired to find their own individual flair on the mat, with her creative sequencing and graceful flows. Everyone can find their dance.
